La Luciana
A typical Tuscan over-the-counter ricotta, obtained from cow’s and sheep’s whey and the addition of whole cow’s milk. It comes from an ancient recipe handed down from generation to generation, whose name is a tribute to a pillar of the company, Mrs Luciana, Remo Busti’s wife. The balance of the ingredients, together with the skilful and harmonious manual extraction of the hot ricotta, make La Luciana a unique product: its softness and sweet flavour are unmistakable.
