Pecorino Frescosapore
Frescosapore is a short-maturation table pecorino, characterised by a smooth and compact paste, with a savoury, delicate taste and hints of fresh grass and pasture. A straight heel pecorino, it has a small size of 1 kg and a thin rind tending to straw yellow, the intensity of which varies according to maturity.
