Pecorino with Pistachio of Bronte PDO
Tuscany and Sicily, a combination that characterizes this pecorino cheese. Our sheep milk and our traditonal processing methods combine perfectly with a valuable and worldwide known ingredient, the green Pistachio of Bronte PDO, Slow Food presidium. This is a young pecorino cheese with a slightly sour note which is balanced by the sweet and crunchy flavour of pistachio.
